EDITORIAL GUIDELINES & ETHICS POLICY
Last Updated: June 19, 2026
At OnlineCOSMOS, your trust is the absolute most valuable thing we own. We do not take it for granted.
As a premier digital publishing hub covering artificial intelligence, digital marketing, and the creator economy, we have a profound responsibility to provide information that is accurate, unbiased, and genuinely helpful.
To ensure we maintain the highest journalistic standards, our entire team strictly adheres to the following Editorial Guidelines and Ethics Policy.
Editorial Independence & “Honesty Over Commissions”
Our editorial team operates completely independently from our revenue and affiliate partnerships.
No Paid Reviews: We do not accept payment, sponsorships, or gifts in exchange for publishing a positive review.
Zero Conflict of Interest: Our writers, testers, and editors are explicitly prohibited from holding financial stakes, equity, or direct advisory roles in the software companies we review.
Objective Criticism: If an affiliate partner’s software update introduces bugs, price hikes, or poor UX, we will report on it critically. Our loyalty is to our readers and the digital creator community—not to software vendors.
Accuracy, Fact-Checking, and Sourcing
In the fast-moving worlds of AI and digital marketing, accurate data is everything.
Rigorous Fact-Checking: Every software review, news update, and tech guide is heavily scrutinized before publication. Our Data Researcher, Athira M, verifies all raw industry statistics, speed test metrics, and pricing data.
First-Hand Experience: We do not publish reviews based on hearsay. Our content is rooted in our Dual-Phased Verification Process, meaning our technical team (led by Subeesh KM) physically tests the software in our tech labs before writing a single word.
Clear Sourcing: When we cite external statistics, case studies, or news events, we provide clear, direct attribution to the original source.
Our Stance on Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Content Creation
As a publication that covers AI extensively, we embrace modern tools—but we believe human experience is irreplaceable.
Human-Led Testing & Writing: AI tools cannot physically navigate a user interface, feel the frustration of a buggy platform, or gauge the helpfulness of a customer support team. Therefore, 100% of our reviews and recommendations are formulated by human experts.
AI as an Assistant: Our journalists and editors may use AI to assist with outlining, organizing raw data, or checking grammar. However, every article is fully vetted, edited, and approved by our Chief Editor, Binda Thomas, to ensure clarity, flow, and factual accuracy.
Updates and Corrections Policy
Software changes rapidly, and humans occasionally make mistakes. When we do, we fix them quickly and transparently.
Evergreen Updates: We constantly audit our older articles. When a software company changes its pricing, interface, or features, we update our existing reviews to reflect the current reality, noting the “Last Updated” date at the top of the page.
Factual Corrections: If we publish a factual error, we will correct the piece as soon as possible. If the error drastically altered the context or verdict of a review, we will add an editor’s note at the top or bottom of the article explaining what was changed.
Report an Error: If you spot a factual mistake, please Contact Us so our editorial team can address it immediately.
Plagiarism and Originality
OnlineCOSMOS has a zero-tolerance policy for plagiarism. We do not copy content from competitors, nor do we scrape manufacturer sales pages. All insights, testing parameters, and written evaluations are the original intellectual property of WEBZAK Cyber Technologies and the OnlineCOSMOS team.
Our commitment to you is simple: We will cut through the loud marketing hype, test the tools rigorously, and tell you the absolute truth. If you have any questions about our editorial standards, please reach out to our team via our Contact Page.
