How to Order a Product?

I signed up but Can’t Access the Members Area!

Your member’s area login details have also been automatically emailed to you in the member’s welcome letter. 

Please check that the email isn’t spam blocked or in your junk mail folder. Add the email address to your “safe senders” list for future updates when you find it.

How Long Will It Take for My Package to Arrive?

Digital product purchases are delivered immediately after the order and log-in, or access details are emailed to you. Please check your spam or junk folder to ensure your login details have not there. Please make the sender mail id in your contacts list if it’s there. This way, you could get future emails in your inbox.

Physical product orders will be dispatched in 3-5 working days. Your package will be sent by USPS and can take up to 21 days. You will get a shipping notification once your parcel has been dispatched containing your tracking information.

How Much Are Shipping and Handling?

The shipping and handling costs are $8.25 for all US orders. All Canadian orders charge $14, and international orders may charge $25.

What Is Your Returns Policy?

We have a 60-day money-back guarantee for most digital product orders. We accept returns within 60 days of placing your order for physical products. All returns need to be sent to our supplier or publisher’s address.
